BARNINGHAM PARISH MEETING — FINANCE MEETINGS

Finance Meetings are held each autumn for residents to approve accounts and make other financial decisions, the main one being to agree the next year’s precept —  the figure added to the annual Council Tax to cover spending by the Parish Meeting in the village.  Over the last few years the precept has principally been used to pay for mowing of the Village Green and to financially assist the Village Hall.

The 2022 meeting was held on November 29th when a precept of £1600 was agreed for 2023-24. See documents below for details.
